**Return Policy**
We offer a 20 day return policy on new speaker systems only. Custom orders and used speaker systems will not apply. If within 20 days of receiving your speakers your are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will make arrangements for you to return your system. We will refund the entire purchase price less shipping charges to and from and a 6% return fee, if you used your credit card. This will be done within 20 days of receipt of returned merchandise. You must contact us within 20 days of receiving your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original new condition. Merchandise must be in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the merchandise is not returned in it's orginal condition. If you are thinking of buying a Home Theater Package, we suggest you try a pair of speakers first. This way you can try them out and if you are not satisfied withing the 20 day period you can send them back. If you are satisfied with them, you can add the rest of the speaker line at a later time.
